The Journey

Hi! I’m Aly. My yoga journey began in 2018 in Montreal, where I instantly fell in love with the practice after my very first class. What started as simple curiosity soon blossomed into a daily ritual—one that steadily deepened my connection to both body and mind.
Eager to dive deeper, I traveled the world to learn from renowned teachers, always expanding and enriching my practice. After completing over 550 hours of teacher trainings, I took the leap and began teaching in 2023. Watching my students grow and evolve in their own practice brings me immense joy—and their feedback continues to inspire me every single day.
In the summer of 2024, I discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, and everything changed. The rhythmic flow, the precision, the transformative power of movement and breath—I fell in love all over again. I went on to complete my training under its creator, Dario Calvaruso, which brought my total hours of training to 650.
Today, I stand fully as a Navakaraṇa practitioner and teacher, devoted to sharing the beauty, strength, and magic of this method. Yoga continues to amaze me—through movement, meditation, and the resonance of chants. Living each day freely, working for myself, and connecting with the beautiful souls yoga brings into my life is a blessing I never take for granted.
Forever a student, always learning, I’m here to guide others on this transformative path, one breath at a time.

Words from the Mat
In yoga, we grow through connection. If something in our time together has resonated with you, I invite you to share a few words. Your story may guide someone else’s path.
